250 grams of wheat,
extra virgin olive oil,
- Soften wheat in water, you need some hours.
- Then pour it into a pot with 1.5 liters of water, chopped onion and garlic.
- Add salt and pepper, cover the pan and simmer for two hours. -
- After two hours, add the chopped nuts and bring to the boil for fifteen minutes.
- Serve with extra virgin olive oil.
