Italian little meatball: the sweet taste of raisins

Ingredients

300 grams of minced meat,
700 grams of bread soaked in milk,
1 egg,
Parmesan cheese,
raisins,
extra virgin olive oil or
butter,
salt,
white wine or
tomato sauce

Recipe Instructions

  1. Dip the bread in the milk to obtain a compound of 700 grams.
  2. Mix it with the minced meat, the egg and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Make meatballs and add salt and raisins.
  4. Crush the meatballs and fry in a pan with butter and extra virgin olive oil.
