7-10 small tomatoes,
bread (the ideal bread is the one of Altamura DOP but, if you don’t find it, any hard bread goes well),
extra virgin olive oil,
- Chop tomatoes into four pieces and put them in a bowl.
- Cut bread in small pieces, not too small, soak it with water and add to the tomatoes.
- Add olive oil and salt to taste, mix everything.
- Well, it’s ready to eat. It’s the ideal dish when it’s late to cook - . Kids really enjoy it.
