Bechamel sauce, for pasta and lasagne. Use it with green peas for seasoning tortellini, tagliatelle or ravioli.

Ingredients

50 grams of butter
50 grams of flour
half a liter of milk
salt

Recipe Instructions

  1. Place the butter in a saucepan, warm over low heat and add the flour slowly. 
  2. Mix well.
  3. Then pour the milk mixing continuously until you get a homogeneous cream -
  4. Add salt.
  5. You can use this delicacy instead of the sauce over tagliatelle pasta, lasagna and pennette.
