- Mash the cooked potatoes until the dough is almost smooth.
- Put in a pan a layer of potato dough with butter and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Add a layer of béchamel and another layer of potatoes.
- Top with crushed bread before baking. You can add mozzarella cheese into small pieces.
