Ingredients

1 kilo of almonds (with shells),
sugar,
40 grams of rice flour,
water,
cinnamon

Recipe Instructions

  1. Take the almonds, remove the peel and crush them until they become creamy.
  2. Pour this cream into a handkerchief, take the four sides of the handkerchief and close it with the cream inside.
  3. Hold the handkerchief with the left hand and with the right one take a jug and pour a little water inside the handkerchief.
  4. With your right hand, press the handkerchief to let water filter - , keep this water in a pot.
  5. Repeat this operation many times.

  6. Add sugar and warm the all.
  7. Bring to the boil.
  8. Pour the rice flour slowly.
  9. When almond milk is more dense, remove it from heat and pour cinnamon.
  10. Serve cold.
